The Jigging Master Surface Assasin series of rods are designed to target surface feeding pelagic species with small stickbaits and swimming plugs. The soft springy tip section of the surface assasin rods helps to create that enticing S motion swimming action from the stickbaits, and once loaded the rods exhibit great strength and power. The 83 Pencil is rated from PE#4-8 and max drag ratings of 14kg at 60° and 7kg at 90°.
